Disciplined Agile Delivery-An Introduction

Disciplined Agile Delivery-An Introduction

This 1 hour webinar is presented by Nimisha Nyas, President of PMI Space Coast Florida Chapter. During this interactive session, Nimisha will discuss Disciplined Agile (DA) as a process-decision toolkit that provides straightforward guidance to help people, teams, and organizations streamline their processes in a context-sensitive manner. In this session, you will learn how DA provides a solid foundation for business agility by showing how the various activities such as Solution Delivery (software development), IT Operations, Enterprise Architecture, Portfolio Management, Security, Finance, Procurement and many others work together. You will also learn how DA describes what these activities should address, the range of options for doing so, and the trade-offs associated with each option.

At the end of this session, you will have received an introduction to Disciplined Agile toolkit. You will understand how this toolkit can help you streamline processes and improve business agility. You will be able to describe how various activities work together, the goal for these activities, options available to you, and trade-offs that enable you to make better, more informed decisions.
