Robert has demonstrated an effective servant leadership style while serving various roles with AllHumanity since 2013. He has a strong sense of personal humility, yet his vision for AllHumanity Group is both audacious and achievable through development of highly functional teams. His significant contributions to AllHumanity, along with the AllHumanity Founder/CEO (Rob Cipriano) were catalyst to securing a formal partnership with UNGSII (United Nations Global Sustainability Index Institute as well as with top executive leadership at UN Headquarters in Geneva, Switzerland to effect global awareness and implementation of the 17 UN Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). Robert is a 26-year veteran of U.S. Navy and has earned numerous awards and citations, to include being an Honor Graduate of the Naval War College, RI (Senior Enlisted Academy); however, he takes the greatest pride in 3 relatively lower level awards. Specifically, he was cited for 21 consecutive years of community/humanitarian service with 3 Military Outstanding Volunteer Service Awards. His acute focus on workforce development, innovation, system level performance improvement and executive coaching were skill sets he honed and progressively gained higher levels of certification and authority from 1995-2015. He has effectively transferred these skills to his post-military career with great industry diversity working across service/transactional, academic, manufacturing, and Green Technology industries. Notably, Robert is honored to now work with a global award-winning Green Technology leader, NG1 TechFlo Exhaust, as the interim Board of Directors Chair, Innovation Integration Director and Executive Coach. Since his entry into private sector in 2015, serving as VP, Butler Active Business Solutions, LLC, Robert attained Master Black Belt certification. He has also been privileged  to provide executive coaching and Lean Six Sigma certification training for Abu Dhabi National Oil Co. (ADNOC), Target Corporation Headquarters, Bank of Internet U.S.A.
