 urces\, and timelines. Cherise will share a demonstration of how to use Sm
 artsheet PMO tools to create project plans\, track progress\, and manage p
 roject risks and issues. This includes an overview of collaboration featur
 es\, such as team dashboards\, automated notifications\, and comments\, an
 d how they can improve communication and productivity as well as a demonst
 ration of how to customize project schedules for both waterfall and agile/
 hybrid projects.
 This event will be a great opportunity to meet new boar
 d members as well as other chapter members.
