July 2023 Lunch and Learn: Intro to SmartSheet PMO Tools
Come join your PMI Space Coast Chapter for the July Lunch and Learn and earn 1 PDU.
This month we will hear how Smartsheet PMO tools can help project managers and teams to better manage projects, tasks, resources, and timelines. Cherise will share a demonstration of how to use Smartsheet PMO tools to create project plans, track progress, and manage project risks and issues. This includes an overview of collaboration features, such as team dashboards, automated notifications, and comments, and how they can improve communication and productivity as well as a demonstration of how to customize project schedules for both waterfall and agile/hybrid projects.
This event will be a great opportunity to meet new board members as well as other chapter members.

Cherise Reguero

Cherise Reguero serves as the Director of Operations at Alluvionic, a leading project management consulting firm. With over a decade of experience, Cherise has transformed operations for numerous clients across industries. She has orchestrated ISO 9001:2015 implementations for mid-size consulting firms, led year-long ERP implementations for large defense contractors, and overhauled the checklists that launch rockets into space, resulting in significant improvements in efficiency and profitability. Cherise holds a Bachelor of Science in Communication from the University of Central Florida and has earned various credentials, including CAPM, Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt, PI Analyst, and Smartsheet certifications. Her passion for efficiency is evident in her work, and she loves nothing more than providing clients and colleagues with a sense of relief by saving them time and money.
